Happy birthday to us!
Varramore launched 5 years ago today as a 1-person regulatory and compliance consulting firm. Since then, we have grown (modestly!) to a 3-person multi-professional and investment services platform provider.
Over the last 5 years, we have become a Member of the APCC, an ACCA Member Firm and, of course, an FCA-regulated investment firm. We now offer a wide range of Regulatory Hosting services, Governance, Risk & Compliance services and Accounting, Finance & Tax services. Today, we have an impressive portfolio of clients consisting of hedge fund managers, private equity/venture capital fund managers, fund of funds managers, investment advisors and corporate finance advisors.
Our growth over the last 5 years has been organic and we have maintained our ethos of working side-by-side with our clients and becoming a trusted and valued long-term business partner to them. Our clients are the most important part of our business and we would like to sincerely thank all of our clients – both past and present – who have been a part of our journey over the last 5 years. We are very fortunate to have a loyal client base and are grateful for the support they have shown us over the years. Many of our clients have recommended us to other firms while others have provided positive references to potential clients in the past. As a small business, this kind of support from our clients is invaluable.
We would also like to thank all of our industry contacts and friends who have helped us over the years. The business referrals, information sharing and long (occasionally, boozy) lunches have all been very much appreciated.
